Financial markets have begun to price in a higher possibility of an interest rate hike in the US later this summer. And, the consequent rebound in the US dollar has once again shone the spotlight on China’s currency, the Renminbi (RMB). But should investors be overly worried about a mix of a future Fed hike - probably next a baby step of 0.25% - and the direction and level of the RMB?
